Books on CD

This is the Alvin Sherman Library at Nova Southeastern University guide for audio books. This guide will help you learn more about the collection, where it is located and how to find and use them.

Getting Started: Books on CD

Books on CD are audio compact discs of books being read out loud. You can find books on CD on the first floor of the library. All of the books on CD can be searched for in the library's catalog: NovaCat. If you have any questions please feel free and contact either the library's academic reference desk (954-262-4613) or the public library services desk (954-262-5477).

Important Note

Note: Due to encryption decisions, many Oneclick audiobook titles can no longer be transferred via the media manager using a computer with Microsoft. This means you will not be able to use your computer and the Oneclick media manager to transfer the audio files for many Oneclick titles to a device such as a Sansa or walkman.

In these cases, you will either need to just listen to the audiobook within the media manager or use the Oneclickdigital mobile app available for Apple, Android and Kindle Fire.
