Copyright and Fair Use Resources: Home

We know that it is important to you to use copyrighted resources in your teaching and scholarship.  They enhance learning and help your students. You may have heard of "fair use" and other terms, but the details seem scary and complicated.  This libguide is intended to help you learn what you can and can't do with copyrighted resources, based on best practices and NSU policies and procedures.  It is not intended as legal advice but rather to give you some informed guidance you can use to determine whether your proposed use fits within the rules.
