Always use the Edit Citation button to make any changes or to delete citations. If not, the next time the document is opened, the changes will be deleted!
1. In the Word document, select the EndNote X6 tab or go to the Mac EndNote Toolbar
2. Click on on the Windows EndNote Toolbar
or on the Mac EndNote Toolbar
3. Find and select the citation you want to edit or delete
4. Change the citation (For example: adding page numbers for a quote)
5. Click OK
