2. Search for Journals or Books available in Print on Campus:   (Distance program patrons may skip this step.)

How long will it take ?

• Please be aware that we often rely on other service providers and experience delays beyond our control

• Articles and other scanned delivery service requests may take between 3 to 10 business/working days to complete.

• Books and other physical materials service requests may take between 5 to 13 business/working days to complete (Distance Students should expect a further 2-3 day delay for mail delivery).

The HPD Library uses the ILLiad System for Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery.

Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research". If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use", that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order, if in its judgment, fulfillment of that order would involve violation of copyright law.
