Welcome

To all students interested in Immigration Law Research,

The goal of this guide is to provide useful resources to researching immigration law. The guide does not contain all resources available for this area of law, but it does provide for a great start. It is geared towards free and low cost research in the area and provides specific links for finding such resources.

The "Finding A Topic" section would be most helpful to those writing a research paper or law review, though the sources for actual research can be found in other areas of the guide as well. The section provides prominent journals and law review articles in the field of immigration law and where to find those sources. It also provides several blogs that can help with choosing a topic.

“Internet Sources” compiles helpful secondary websites, federal government websites, and law firms. All of these sources are either free or make their resources available for a nominal price.

“Library Resources” attempts to list the immigration law materials available at our law library. The compilation is not complete but it does give a good understanding of the available resources the law school has to offer.

Yours Truly,
