Library Hours:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m.

Saturday-Sunday: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Please note that the Circulation Desk closes at 9:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday; 6:00 p.m. Friday - Sunday.

Reading Days/Exams and Limited Access for Non-Law Students:  

On Saturdays and Sundays during reading days and exams (that is November 24 and 25th, 2018; December 1 and 2, 2018; April 20, 21, 27, and 28, 2019), the Panza Maurer Law Library will open early.  The hours for those days will be 8:00 am-2:00 am.

Friday, November 9, 2018-Friday, December 21, 2018 (limited access for non-law patrons from Friday, November 9, 2018-Sunday, December 9, 2018)

Wednesday, January 2, 2019-Monday, February 25, 2019

Monday, April 1, 2019-Monday, July 22, 2019 (limited access for non-law patrons from Monday, April 1, 2019-Friday, May 3, 2019)

Reference Desk Hours

Regular Reference Desk hours are offered at these times:  Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

During regular Reference Desk Hours, the Reference Desk may be staffed by a law librarian or law student Research & Reference Assistant.  On-call services will be provided on weekdays according to the Reference Desk Schedule.  Additional reference hours are available to NSU patrons.  NSU patrons may request a reference appointment by completing the online Reference Appointment Form.  The request is received by the Assistant Director, Research & Reference and the Senior Associate Director and then assigned to a librarian.  Patrons should expect to be contacted within two business days from the day the request is received.
During the summer semester and other designated times, Reference Desk services will be offered on-call.  When on-call Reference Desk services are provided, patrons should visit the Circulation Desk to request help from a law librarian.  The Circulation Desk will contact a law librarian to provide assistance if one is available.  If a law librarian is not available during scheduled hours, patrons can request help in the following ways:
